Construction management is beneficial on projects that require extra management resources to control project costs. As construction manager, Simpson typically comes on board early in the design process to coordinate the building team, and aid in value analysis and budget control while maintaining critical project timelines. We put our knowledge of building materials and methods to use in adjusting plans accordingly to maintain client budget without compromising the final product.
