Feasibility Studies

Put simply, a feasibility study assists the owner in clarifying and documenting their own needs and outlines options to help them achieve their goals.

The format of the study can vary depending upon its purpose however it will typically define the projects strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The study can be used to explore development options, set reasonable budgets, define wider strategy and planning or forming a business case to seek funding or issue bonds. It can serve as a basis for design performance specifications, scheduling, laying out a team structure and the extent of resource required, identify potential grant entitlements and laying out an action plan to move the project forward.
