Sigma Phi Epsilon’s chapter house accommodates 32 men. The library offers space for meetings and studying and the balcony holds numerous tables for small study groups. The facility also features a full basement, equipped with kitchenette and pantry, along with a living space designed to let students relax and enjoy a multiple forms of entertainment.
The project utilized a variety of building materials: from the durable, abuse-resistant block walls and sealed concrete floors in the living areas, to the fine porcelain tile, extensive hardwood trim and stone fireplace located in the main meeting areas. This combination allowed the owners to maximize maintenance efficiency and still obtain the high quality finish they desired.
