DODGE CITY COMMUNITY COLLEGE COLEMAN-WEBB RESIDENCE HALL RENOVATION

LOCATION: DODGE CITY, KS

Before design and construction began, we partnered with DCCC and the architect on a detailed feasibility study to assess the building’s condition, explore both design and cost options. This process gave the college a clear understanding of its facility priorities and long-term needs, enabling them to make informed decisions that balanced quality, functionality, and value for its students.

Following a complete gut and remodel of more than 10,000 SF, the revitalized Coleman-Webb Hall now offers 16 two-bedroom units and 5 three-bedroom units, each with new windows, upgraded HVAC systems, and secure, access-controlled doors. The main commons area and kitchen have been fully modernized to create a welcoming space for residents to gather. A refreshed laundry room with three washers and three dryers adds convenience, while a new climate-controlled, secure entrance vestibule enhances both comfort and safety.
