FIRST TEE GREATER WICHITA - YOUTH LEARNING CENTER

First Tee – Greater Wichita has taken a major step forward in expanding its community impact with the opening of a new Youth Learning Center at MacDonald Golf Course. This 6,000 SF facility supports First Tee’s mission as an international nonprofit to empower youth through character-building programs rooted in the game of golf.

The center includes four hitting bays, a dedicated learning library for homework and tutoring, administrative offices, and a staff break room. At its heart is a welcoming lobby that opens into a spacious multipurpose room featuring a putting green and large operable overhead doors. These doors provide ample natural light and can be opened to extend the space outdoors, creating a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. The multipurpose room will also serve as a venue for community events and mentoring sessions, further reinforcing First Tee’s commitment to youth development and community engagement.
