Friends University’s newest residence hall provides housing for 82 students in an apartment-style atmosphere. The three-story, 45,000 square-foot housing complex features one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments each with a kitchenette and bathroom. Each floor has a central laundry room; a lobby and common area encourage students to become part of the community.

The wood-framed structure includes a partial basement. The building’s exterior is constructed of masonry and stucco and the stairways are constructed of masonry and structural steel to provide lasting durability.
