LOCATION: WINFIELD, KS
Winfield Hall is a new 28,500 SF residence hall at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas. It can house 94 students and includes Resident Assistant and Resident Director units. It features a modern, open community space with 14-foot floor heights on the first floor that are “convertible” to classroom spaces in the future. Modern yet cost-effective finishes are used throughout the building. Study spaces and gathering areas can be found on every floor. Exterior features include local Kansas stone, metal panels, and glass.
