6 PROJECT SITES LOCATED IN BENTON, EL DORADO, TOWANDA, AND WICHITA

Our relationship with Circle Public Schools spans over 20 years, and it is always an honor to be a repeat client. USD 375 hired Simpson Construction as construction manager for its bond referendum. On April 20th, 2021 voters approved a $42 million bond issue, with a construction budget of $36 million, for Circle Public Schools.

Bond projects address aging infrastructures, increase efficiencies, provide flexible learning environments, enhance security and safety, maintain small class sizes, and accommodate future student population growth.

Originally budgeted for in the fourth quarter of 2019, our team was successfully managed a 31% increase in inflation and delivered everything USD 375 promised to their community, within budget. As we near completion on all of the original projects, we continue to work with their district on additional wishlist items from bond project savings.
