In 2004, when American AgCredit, a farmer-owned financial cooperative with corporate headquarters in Santa Rosa, California, chose Simpson Construction Services to build their West Wichita location. Over the next decade saw major changes in both the economy and construction industry. Based on a foundation of trust, our partnership not only withstood these changes but grew to include renovations to six AgCredit locations in Kansas and Oklahoma, and two new facilities in Salina and Great Bend. We are excited to continue to build our relationship with the construction of the company’s new regional headquarters on North Ridge Road.

The Wichita Regional office is approximately 35,000 square feet and includes offices to support the company’s lending, crop insurance, and appraisal customers located throughout Kansas. In addition, the facility includes a conference and training center accommodating up to 100 people that can be made available to agricultural groups needing a convenient place to meet and conduct business. Efficient building design features include raised access floors for HVAC and electrical distribution, LED lighting complete with daylight and occupancy sensors, demountable walls in private offices and workstations, and natural landscape design.
