LESLIE RUDD FOUNDATION ADDITION & RENOVATION

This private office renovation and addition project was completed in two thoughtfully executed phases, totaling approximately 10,500 SF of premium workspace. The phasing was strategically structured to minimize disruption, allowing the owner to maintain as much usable space as possible for daily operations while maximizing the overall project schedule. Phase one encompassed 7,000 SF of extensive interior upgrades, followed by an additional 3,500 SF in phase two.

The project featured high-end finishes throughout and included the transformation of two bathrooms into hardened spaces for added security and peace of mind. The building was fully gutted and meticulously rebuilt to deliver a modern, sophisticated environment tailored to the client’s vision. Outside, a beautifully designed patio and walking trail add a refined, natural complement to the enhanced interior, creating an inviting and well-rounded professional setting.
