The addition of 30,000sf, and completely stripping back the existing building to the structural steel frame, completely transformed the former offices to provide a state of the art family medical facility.

Equipped to perform  all family based medicine the construction includes exam and procedure rooms, offices, nuclear medicine, CT, sonogram, and laboratories. Special construction and detailing were used for MRI, X-Ray facilities. With a large waiting and reception area with multiple kids play rooms the building has been designed to make a visit to the doctors less stress full on families.

The structure is supported on auger cast piles drilled to 43ft, the and building is clad with masonry, metal panels, EIFS, storefront and spandrel glazing.
