316 DENTAL RENOVATION

At Simpson Construction, we’re proud to build spaces that increase the value of life—helping professionals like the 316 Dental team serve their patients with care, confidence, and room to grow. This renovation brought new life to over 7,600 SF of clinical and operational space—designed to support growth, elevate care, and enhance the patient experience. The updated layout includes up to five hygienist rooms and five operatory rooms, a panoramic x-ray room, a large sterilization space, and a well-equipped workroom with generous cabinetry.

Support areas include tech stations, four patient restrooms, a dedicated consultation room, and an office for the office manager. A spacious waiting room with a coffee bar welcomes patients, while the back-of-house areas offer several private offices, storage rooms, and a large staff break room. An additional 1,800 SF of existing space is available for future expansion, with a large unfinished basement providing extra storage and housing dental equipment.
