Conveniently located just off a main street, this full remodel of an existing vacant building provided the Salina community with more than 5,700 square feet of exam rooms, laboratories, X-ray services, and procedure space. Additionally, 2,000 square feet is available for a future tenant.

Simpson Construction fully transformed the interior and refreshed the exterior finishes, giving the building a clean, polished appearance. The design was laid out to provide maximum use of natural light in circulation areas and privacy within the examination rooms. The natural flow of the building makes it easy for staff to work and for patients to navigate.
