The Grene Vision Group campus on Ridge Road was custom-built by Simpson Construction Services with efficiency at the forefront.

The construction management contract has given a core group of doctors access to the architect and SCS crews, involving the doctors in decisions along the way. Bi-weekly meetings are conducted around the doctors’ schedules so everyone is on the same page at each critical step.

Next to the lobby and waiting area is an open-concept, full-service optical retail sales space is next to the. Patients will have immediate access to their vision needs with private exam rooms, vision labs, and minor procedure rooms.

Upscale décor and comfortable furnishings will be inviting for patients of all ages. Maintaining a consistent look with other Grene Vision facilities is also a consideration. To ensure the facility look is within the Grene Vision Group “family,” similar stonework and interior colors are being incorporated throughout the 17,000-square-foot building.
