HEARTLAND DERMATOLOGY RENOVATION

Simpson Construction Services completed a 19,000 SF renovation for Heartland Dermatology's new East Wichita location, transforming a two-story medical office space into a modern hub for specialized skin care. The remodel features 17 exam rooms, 10 dedicated Mohs procedure rooms for skin cancer treatment, and new lab spaces to support advanced diagnostics. On the first floor, construction was carefully coordinated to accommodate the critical power requirements of a specialized phototherapy machine, which utilizes UV light to treat chronic skin conditions. Our team also oversaw the safe relocation and integration of essential medical equipment from Heartland’s previous facility, ensuring a seamless transition into this enhanced care environment.
