When Dr. Chris Hickerson chose the Spring Creek Shopping Center in Derby for the site of his new office space, he knew he wanted finishes that would match the upscale feel of other offices in the center, including the spa next door.

The reception area features mosaic tile and soothing wall colors. Dr. Hickerson currently practices by himself, but the 2,000-square-foot space was designed and built with room to grow as the practice does.

The tenant finish took Simpson Construction Services only ten weeks to complete.
