SISTERS VET CLINIC RENOVATION
This extensive renovation project transformed over 5,700 SF of main floor space and 1,100 SF of mezzanine area into a modern, full-service veterinary clinic designed for both efficiency and compassion. The upgraded facility now includes seven exam rooms, a dual-table surgery suite, x-ray room, dedicated dental room with two dental tables, ICU/recovery space, and a fully equipped treatment room. Specialized features include a dedicated pharmacy, a cat-only treatment room, and comfortable boarding kennels for both dogs and cats, complete with a fenced outdoor pet relief area and a convenient dog wash station.
Staff amenities were also a priority, with private doctor offices and a welcoming break room. The clinic’s spacious waiting room features a coffee bar and a touching memorial to Monica Moore, honoring the owner's sister that inspired the clinic’s name and mission.
Design elements reflect pride and personality, including purple flake epoxy flooring in the kennel area and purple sheet vinyl in the surgery suite—subtle nods to K-State spirit. A dedicated oxygen tank room supports both the surgery and dental areas, ensuring seamless care delivery.
