WATERFRONT SURGERY CENTER

Our team recently completed the construction of Waterfront Surgery Center, a 12,200 SF ambulatory surgery center with 4 operating rooms, 10 pre/post opp spaces of which 2 are fully enclosed, a receiving room, a check-in and waiting room, a nurses' station, an employee breakroom and an administration office. This ASC was built adjacent to Vision Surgery Consultants, a project we completed in 2021. Built with the future in mind, this site has the opportunity to expand in a future phase.

We're proud to have had the opportunity to build a facility that provides specialized eye care services, including advanced surgical procedures, to improve and enhance people's vision, promoting better eye health and quality of life.
