This 17,500 SF addition included a 12,000 SF warehouse, a connecting storage facility, and a new maintenance bay for Barton Solvents Inc.

Strict ventilation requirements were met to meet industry safety standards. The industrial warehouse features explosion-proof electronics and sealed concrete floors.

The new semi-truck and trailer maintenance bay was connected to the existing facility on three sides. This required our team to re-establish the existing roof slope to match the slope of the new addition.
