Building Controls and Services, Inc. (BCS) provides products and services in building automation controls, temperature controls, energy utilization analysis, facility management systems, HVAC mechanical equipment and accessories, fire and life safety systems, clean agent fire protection, and building security systems.

A Wichita mainstay since 1985, the company has seen extensive growth in the past year and continues to grow. Part of this growth was adding a parts division to complement its existing products and services. The parts division is located behind their Wichita headquarters. BCS Parts stocks hundreds of HVAC parts and accessories from a variety of vendors for commercial and residential mechanical contractors and commercial facility and maintenance personnel.

Our team also completed a 2,400 SF renovation that adjoins their Corporate Headquarters. This included additional office space for BCS’s growing workforce, two conference rooms, and a “command center.” Maintaining a look consistent with the existing facility, the new space featured exposed brick, conduit and ductwork as well as the classic grey, red and black color scheme.
