INDUSTRY | SUPERIOR BROOM MANUFACTURING

Constructed in less than 5 months, this 9,800 sf facility combined a two story office with warehouse space. Situated in the existing parking lot of the Superior Broom Site, construction progressed while the facilities operations continued around it.

The building structure and cladding was a typical metal building with a link corridor that was constructed from CMU, which served as a storm shelter for the site.

Savings made on the structure allowed an increased budget for finishes in the office space and a custom entry vestibule.
