Just a stone’s throw away from one of the most bustling intersections in Wichita, a new apartment community has taken root. The $12-million complex at 21st and Maize took a year to build and was a collaborative effort between the owner group and Simpson Construction Services.

The complex features six buildings with three different building types. The brick exterior and entry gate fit the surrounding neighborhood aesthetic. A total of 138 one- and two-bedroom apartments were built ranging from 740 to 1,100-square-feet. The apartments tout upscale features such as granite countertops and hardwood simulated floors. Some have attached garages. Others have storage closets and detached garages.

The community clubhouse, features a swimming pool, workout facility, and gathering room for private parties, which provide residents a place to socialize with neighbors. The location is made desirable for this type of residence by its proximity to services such as Dillons, Target, Regal Theater, and approximately 25 restaurants and specialty shops.
