Wichita, KS

Just a stone’s throw away from one of the most bustling intersections in Wichita, a new apartment community has taken root. The $12-million complex at 21st and Maize took year to build and was a collaborative effort between the owner group, Simpson Construction Services and its subs.

The complex features six buildings with three different building types. The brick exterior and entry gate fits the surrounding neighborhood aesthetic. A total of 138 one- and two-bedroom apartments were built ranging from 740 to 1,100-square-feet. The apartments tout upscale features such as granite countertops and hardwood simulated floors. Some have attached garages. Others have storage closets and detached garages.

The community clubhouse, with swimming pool, workout facility and gathering room for private parties, will provide residents a place to socialize with neighbors. The location is made desirable for this type of a residence by its the proximity of services such as Dillons, Target, Warren Theater and approximately 25 restaurants and specialty shops.
