RELIGIOUS I ST. JOSEPH HOUSE OF FORMATION

This renovation and build consisted of multiple small projects to the Borromeo and Hennessy Houses.  All the windows in both houses were replaced and all the brick on the exterior of the building was tuck-pointed.  Two existing garages were torn down and a new 1,200 SF garage was built between the houses.  Borromeo House (9,000 SF) and Hennessy House (10,000 SF) both had complete interior renovations.  A 1,650 SF chapel addition was built onto Hennessy House.
